About Us

Dr. David Quinn is a Board Certified Optometrist who received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry.

He completed internships at the Naval Regional Medical Center of Los Angeles and the Optometric Center of Los Angeles.

Doctors of Optometry are primary health care providers who diagnose, manage, and treat conditions and diseases of the human eye as regulated by state law.

Dr. Quinn also provides contact lens services in the practice.

Born and raised in Imperial, PA, Dr. Quinn graduated from West Allegheny High School in 1978.  He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1982.  He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
